OUR FIVE SIMPLE STEPS TO HIRING THE BEST CANDIDATE FOR YOUR BUSINESS:
1. CONSULTATION AND MILESTONES.
Requirements gathering over the telephone or in a face to face meeting. Importantly, we listen and get to understand the company ethos and technical environment to ensure we can find the best match for you and your business.
Providing advice on salary ranges, the current market, candidate availability, we then set agreed timescales and milestones for shortlists and interviews.
2. ADVERTISING, DATABASE AND NETWORK SEARCHES.
We advertise your vacancies on a wide range of websites, including all of the major and a range of IT-specific job boards.
We search our extensive and exclusive databases and scour social media, reaching out to our vast networks in search for the best talent matching your requirements. Often the best talent aren’t actively seeking employment, we specialise in attracting candidates who aren’t necessarily looking for work to apply for your vacancies.
3. CANDIDATE QUALIFICATION AND SHORTLISTING.
We rigorously pre-screen and interview a wide range of candidates to determine whether they meet your specifications, and sell your organisation and the opportunity to the candidates who we believe best suit your vacancies.
On reviewing the whole market, we present a shortlist of CV’s who best match your criteria and who we believe would be the best fit. Typically, we represent 4-5 high quality candidates within a shortlist per vacancy, however this will be discussed and agreed within the initial client consultation.
4. MANAGING THE INTERVIEW PROCESS.
We prepare candidates prior to their interview and ensure they are fully informed about your business, the requirements of the job, the location, and everything in between.
We take feedback following the interview and ensure we are kept up to date with any other planned interviews they may have with other companies, so that we can advise you on the candidate’s other potential offers and reduce the chances of you missing out to your competition.
5. OFFER MANAGEMENT AND AFTERCARE.
We work with you to ensure that your preferred candidate(s) are secured at the right salary level and starting when you need them in the business. 94% of all offers made to our candidates are accepted and we have extremely low ‘drop out’ rates.
We keep in touch with all parties after the offer has been made and accepted, whilst any contractual notice period is being seen out, to ensure that we manage the process and any potential counter-offers.
We also ensure any other interviews scheduled with your chosen candidate(s) are cancelled once an offer is accepted. This greatly reduces the chances of the candidate not following through with the acceptance of your job offer.
